OffworldDepot.com grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the assets acquired from the site in personal and commercial projects. You may modify, remix, and incorporate these assets into derivative works, except for the use of training artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or any other type of data analysis tool.
When using assets in derivative works or when reselling remixed assets, you must provide clear attribution to OffworldDepot.com in a manner reasonable to the medium in which the assets are used (such as film or game credits).
The rights granted to you in this EULA are perpetual and shall continue irrespective of the termination of your subscription. You may continue to use assets previously downloaded to your personal devices even after the cancellation of your subscription. However, cancellation of your subscription will terminate your access to all downloads.
You may not:
- Distribute the assets as standalone files. They must be part of a project or a derivative work.
- Use the assets in any way that is unlawful, or promotes illegal activities.
- Use the assets for training artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or any other type of data analysis tool without explicit written permission from OffworldDepot.com.
The assets are provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind.
OffworldDepot.com reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the assets after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms.
