The "Abandoned Basement Prop Collection" is a set of 3D assets for creating detailed, neglected basement environments in video games. This project requires the creation of a variety of items to fill an in-game space that appears abandoned and cluttered. The collection includes:

• Storage items: Metal shelf, book shelf, old dresser, plastic storage container, cardboard boxes.
• Appliances: Washing machine, dryer, chest freezer, water heater.
• Tools and work items: Toolbox, gardening pots, electrical panel/fuse box, plywood pieces, metal pipes, hammer, screwdriver, pliers.
• Household and miscellaneous: Laundry basket, table, ventilation tubes, mop, paint can, brush, paint roller, flashlight, toilet paper, duct tape, gardening gloves, stool, basketball, dumbbells.
• Emergency and cleaning supplies: Emergency radio, emergency kit, canned food, cleaning supplies containers (small, medium, big).

The artist will need to accurately model these items to convey a sense of age, wear, and abandonment, using textures and details that reflect disuse and neglect. This collection is aimed at enhancing game environments with realistic and immersive elements.
