- Decor: Three variations of decorative pictures on the walls to add personality and a sense of place.
- Bathroom Fixtures: A bathroom sink, toilet, shower curtain, shower head & knobs, and a towel rack with basic white towels that appear well-used yet clean, alongside a bar of soap, to complete the bathroom setup.
- Amenities and Comforts: Plastic cups in a sealed bag featuring the Mesa Royale logo, a "Do Not Disturb" sign, a wall-mounted AC unit for climate control, a mini-fridge, and an analog thermostat.
- Miscellaneous Items: An ashtray, a key with a plastic key tag for room access, a notepad and pen with the motel logo, and a metal ashtray to cater to guests' needs and habits.
- Entryway: A painted wooden door to mark the entrance, adding to the overall ambiance and realism of the motel room setting.
